       n Send us an e-mail at: mailinglist@sentimentalstitchesny.com
       n Include your full name (and the names of others if the project was completed by a group) and your e-mail address if it is different from the one you are using to send the pictures. Please do not submit pictures on behalf of someone else.
       n Provide a brief caption (100 words or less) for the picture. Include any information (size of quilt, special fabrics, techniques, etc.) which you feel would be of interest to others.
       n Attach your picture to your e-mail. Pictures must be .jpg, .jpeg or .gif file types only.
       n If you are sending multiple pictures in a single e-mail, please identify each caption you write with the file name of the picture so that we know which caption belongs to which picture.
       n We will notify you via e-mail when your pictures have been published. We may enhance, crop, resize, straighten, etc. the pictures as may be required and in our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to publish any pictures submitted in our sole discretion. If we are made aware that a picture was published without the owner's or participant's knowledge and permission, the picture will be immediately removed. Your submission of the picture(s) to us indicates your agreement to the above.

If you have the original .jpg file that came out of your camera (before you may have re-sized, enhanced, etc.) please send us that file because it is preferable to a picture file that has been subject to intermediate manipulation. We will crop, straighten, resize, etc. as required to meet the technical specs of the website so that we may present your pictures in the best possible way.
